How do I upload my website?
You need to have an FTP program on your computer. We recommend CuteFTP, WSFTP and Transmit for Mac, you can get these programs at http://www.download.com. Search for ftp client. You will need to configure the program with the host name of our server, your username and password. This information will be provided to you after you sign up.
When you login to our server using this program you will see six folders. The folders are etc, mail, public_ftp, public_html, tmp and www. Place your web pages into the public_html folder. Name your homepage index.html. Any cgi scripts you wish to use must be uploaded into the cgi-bin using ASCII mode. You will find this setting in the "File" menu of CuteFTP under "Transfer Type". The logs folder stores the server log information of your website.
Do you support Front Page Extensions?
Yes we do on the "Plus Package" and above., versions '98, 2000 and 2002.

Can I upload or publish before my domain name has been transferred?
If you are not using Front Page then you may FTP your files using 209.134.25.160 as the server host name instead of your domain name. If you are using Front Page to publish your website then you will have to wait until your domain name is pointing to us because the publish feature will only work when your domain name is pointing to our servers.
